I see, I'm just looking at it from the perspective that I don't really have enough of a following to influence the growth of any project at this point anyway.
So I figure it's best to get my content in front of as many eyes as possible, and then once I have a larger following I can start trying to direct people towards the platform(s) that I like best.
I'm still trying to find the right balance in all this. If I only post on LeoFinance and it results in no growth and no income, then I'm not really helping anyone anyway.. any ideas how you might go about things if you were in my shoes?
Is it better if I just keep the article on my own site and share a video here with a link to the article or something?
Also, isn't it still potentially helping LEO even if it ranks #2 instead of #1 for a specific keyword?
I think there's a lot more that goes into SEO also, like for example who the author is, what the specific keyword/topic is, what comments get posted on the post / how much activity it generates, and how all these things tie into each other.. so many circumstances that can't really be measured, but could easily affect the rankings of any specific piece of content.
