When the last weekend after finishing my lunch, I and my friend looked for a cafe in Buriram town. We agreed for a long time about shop to go to. So I propose this shop we haven't tried it yet..but I heard reviews from many people saying that the owner is cute. And the cafe we went to is BANSAI CAFE.
BANSAI CAFE ばんざい is the name of Tonsai who is passionate and loves to drink bubble tea. until becoming a bubble tea shop with unique recipes And the name of the shop comes from the shop owner's name that is similar to the Japanese language, so it is set as Banzai or read as Ban Sai is fine.
Open the door and you'll see lovely staff and shopkeepers standing in front of the counter. There a book of drink menus to choose. On the side, there will be cakes and croissants. very appetizing, but we were full from lunch so we didn't order snacks. While waiting for a drink, I glanced at the freshly roasted coffee beans to choose from for those who like coffee. There are many varieties of this shop.
In addition to the menu that is bubble tea. The shop also has a variety of menus for customers to choose from. And the menu that I choose today is Yusu Orange Tea, this drink. It is matcha mixed with orange juice. Mixed with concentrated Uji matcha as a topping. Drink it and it's very refreshing. Sour taste is good. It's a taste that goes well with each other.
I got a drink and went to find the seat and take photos. The shop has a wide variety of seating services. There are both upper floors available. The site of the shop is very cute. Each zone they have a photo of the drink to choose to take with the drink that we ordered. The cafe is in the past this shop was a photography shop that's why they have a lot of photography. and right now, it still exists, but opens as a small shop because most of the space is a cafe. There are many reviews. I want you to try it yourself. Guarantee that if you are satisfied, you will come again for sure.

เมื่อช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่าน หลังจากที่ทานอาหารเสร็จเรากับเพื่อนก็มองหาร้านคาเฟ่ในตัวเมืองบุรีรัมย์ ตกลงกันอยู่ตั้งนานว่าจะไปร้านไหน เราเลยเสนอร้านนี้ซึ่งเราอยู่บุรีรัมย์มาตั้งนานก็ยังไม่เคยลองเช่นเดียวกัน..เเต่ได้ยินรีวิวจากหลายๆเสียงเขาว่ากันว่าเจ้าของร้าน่ารัก เเละคาเฟ่ที่พวกเราไปคือ บันไซ คาเฟ่ (BANSAI CAFE)
BANSAI CAFE ばんざいเป็นคาฟ่ชานมไข่มุกที่มีการตกเเต่งร้านน่ารักๆสไตล์มินิมอล จุดเร่ิมต้นของชื่อร้านชื่อ ต้นไทร ที่มีความหลงไหลเเละชื่นชอบการดื่มชานมไข่มุก จนเกิดเป็นร้านชานมไข่มุกที่มีสูตรเด็ดเฉพาะตัว เเละชื่อร้านก็มาจากชื่อเจ้าของร้านที่คล้ายๆกับภาษาญี่หุ่น เลยตั้งเป็น บันไซ หรือจะอ่านเป็น บ้านไทรก็ได้
เปิดประตูเข้าไปก็จะเห็นพนักงานเเละเจ้าของร้านน่ารักๆยืนรอให้บริการทางด้านหน้าเคาเตอร์ จะมีเล่มของเมนูเครื่องดื่มให้เลือกอย่างมากมาย ด้านข้างก็จะมีขนมเค้กกับครัวซองต์ น่าตาน่าทานมากๆ เเต่พวกเราอิ่มจากมื้อเที่ยงเลยไม่ได้สั่งขนมทาน ในระหว่างที่รอเครื่องดื่มก็เหลือบไปเห็นเมล็ดกาเเฟคั่วสดไว้ให้เลือกสำหรับคนที่ชอบทานกาเเฟ ร้านนี้ก็มีหลากหลายสายพันธ์
นอกจากเมนูที่เป็นพวกชานมไข่มุกเเล้วนั้น ทางร้านก็ยังมีเมนูหลากหลายชนิดให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกดื่ม เเละเมนูที่เราเลือกวันนี้ก็คือ ชาส้มยูสุ เครื่องดื่มเเก้วนี้ เป็นมัจฉะผสมน้ำส้ม ผสมกับอุจิมัจฉะเข้มข้นเป็นตัวท๊อบไว้ด้านบน ดื่มเเล้วสดชื่นมาก รสชาติเปรี้ยวกำลังดี เป็นรสชาติที่เข้ากันอย่างพอดี
ได้เครื่องดื่มเเล้วก็ไปหามุมที่นั่งเเละถ่ายรูป ทางร้านมีบริการที่นั่งหลากหลายมุมมากๆ มีทั้งชั้นบนให้บริการ ดีไซต์ทางร้านน่ารักมากๆ เเต่ละมุมก็จะมีเป็นภาพถ่ายเครื่องดื่มให้เลือกถ่ายคู่กับเครื่องดื่มที่พวกเราสั่ง ต้องบอกว่าเมื่อก่อนร้านนี้เป็นร้านรับถ่ายภาพ ทุกวันนี้ก็ยังมีอยู่เเต่เปิดเป็นร้านเล็กๆเพราะเนื้อที่เป็นร้านคาเฟ่ส่วนใหญ่ รีวิวเยอะมากอยากให้มาลองเอง รับรองเลยว่าติดใจต้องมาอีกเเน่นอน..
