It tastes just like regular coffee (in this case more cappuccino). I definitely added too much of turmeric powder and maybe a little bit too much of mushroom powder. Way back in 2013 I went to promotion of "healthy coffee" and got some samples. It had nice taste but I still needed that coffee flavor.
