I worked in a helpdesk and I also used jabra. This product Engage 75 is the latest from Jabra and it is really easy to use. You can make a distance of up to 150 meters while doing something else or somewhere else in your office. It is wireless and you can operate it with its touch functions.
The battery life is also very good and you can use it for 13 hours non-stop to talk to your customers. It will be fully charged within 90 minutes.
The sound quality is also very good and the microphone has the same. There is a noise level that you can set yourself. Its 50db 65db ans 80db.
It uses 256bit AES encryption, so your conversation is secure. You can use it with computers, mobile devices or telephones. Easy to set up and use.
