Her name is Almendra, she is my cousins' Golden Retriever. She is certainly a very playful pet. She is not aggressive, she doesn't even bark, but she does pant a lot.

The energy she does have is spent running around my house. She also takes advantage of the yard to chase a soccer ball thrown to her by my niece Nahomy, who is in love with the beautiful pet.

Every time Almendra comes to my house, you can see the energy she gives to each of the spaces where she walks. She is a very nice animal. My aunt and uncle love her very much. Sometimes they jokingly say that their affection for her is greater than the love they have for their children.
Cada vez que viene Almendra a mi casa, se nota la energía que le da a cada unos de los espacios por donde pasea. Es un ejemplar muy simpático. Mis tíos se desviven por ellas. En ocasiones dicen bromeando que su amor por ella es más grande que el que sienten por sus hijos.
It is impossible not to remember my late pet Greta.Sometimes I think we need a pet to play with, grow up with and protect my house. In our case, Greta's passing made us understand how hard it is to say goodbye to such a faithful soul.

I remember that after her passing, two dogs came to my house spontaneously and we gave them shelter for a few days. Just as they came, they left and we let that free will with which they approached us be the same that made them stay or leave.

Cuando veo a Almendra siempre me recuerdo de Greta. Tienen el mismo dócil carácter y alegría para saludar de forma amena a quienes ven por primera vez. No hay agresividad, ni ladridos, en cambio, solo les olfatean, les sonríen y así se gana su corazón.
When I see Almendra I always remember Greta. They have the same docile character and joy to greet in a friendly way those they see for the first time. There is no aggression, no barking, instead they just sniff them, smile at them and that is how they win their hearts.
