In june 1947, a saucer crashed in Roswell, we dont know very well if it was by a navigation problem or Acturians attack them for not respect the Galactic Confederation laws. Well, americans recovered 8 aliens, 2 aliens were dying. Another saucer come to Earth and talk with americans and ask about dying aliens. Americans asked why they are here, grays answer that their planets is dying because the clonation , the way that they use to reproduce , was failing and need a race that is compatible with them to hybridization but first need to test. Americans said "go to Puerto Rico and test there, but give us tech" They accepted and 6 months after appeared transistor, then chip and then microchip, touch screen, internet, optic fiber etc. I wish to state that Roswell was not the first crash of UFO here in the Earth, there were in Rusia, China, Mexico, Chile etc
