I can also say that this is a throwback cause I took this photo last 2015 and its my first time going in Samar province.
This sweet little boy is a special child, as what my friend told me. The moment I saw him, I realized that he hides his smiles while he enjoys playing on the water. He never smile or laugh but I remember that his eyes shows happiness.
