Minecraft, ese juego que cautivó a millones en su versión para PC, ahora me ha vuelto a atrapar en la palma de mi mano.
Lo encontré por casualidad en la Play Store de Google, y al ver que estaba a solo $2 por su 15 aniversario, no pude resistirme. Era la oportunidad perfecta para revivir las aventuras que compartía con mis hermanos y amigos en mundos llenos de bloques y posibilidades infinitas.
Apenas comencé la partida, me sentí como un explorador en un territorio desconocido. La emoción de buscar comida, construir un refugio y explorar cada rincón del mundo generado aleatoriamente me atrapó por completo. Aunque si tuve que acostumbrarme al controlador en pantalla: elegí el método que más se parecía la manera que jugaba en la PC.
Los encuentros con zombies y otras criaturas hostiles no son mi fuerte, lo admito. Prefiero escapar de ellos si es posible, y solo enfrentarlos cuando no me queda otra opción. Aunque, la adrenalina de la batalla y la satisfacción de salir victorioso son incomparables.
Para celebrar su 15 aniversario, Minecraft incluyó un complemento o mundo que funciona como un museo interactivo. En él, podemos recorrer la historia del juego, ver cómo ha evolucionado con el tiempo y divertirnos con minijuegos desafiantes y originales.
Ahora se pueden crear velas de colores, cosa que no se podía cuando jugaba en mis viejos tiempos.
Se pueden crear pararrayos y se puede usar bronce que con el tiempo se corroe y cambia a un color mas verdoso. Obvio, algo nuevo para mí.
Y las cuevas tienen biomas internos con nuevos bloques, estalactitas y estalagmitas, y muchas cosas que nunca había visto. Es como jugar desde el principio, como un nuevo juego.
Uno de los minijuegos que más me ha gustado es el que te reta a saltar sobre obstáculos cada vez más difíciles. Es una prueba de agilidad y reflejos que pone a prueba tus habilidades en el mundo de Minecraft.
En otro minijuego, me transformé en una abeja y tuve que recolectar néctar de flores para completar la misión. Fue una experiencia divertida y relajante que me permitió explorar el mundo desde una perspectiva diferente.
Para darle un toque personal a mi aventura, personalicé a mi personaje con un atuendo de Dragonborn inspirado en Skyrim. Un homenaje a otro juego que me ha regalado horas de diversión y emoción.
Sin duda, Minecraft se ha convertido en uno de mis juegos favoritos. La combinación de libertad creativa, exploración constante y desafíos emocionantes lo convierten en una experiencia única e inigualable.

Minecraft, that game that captivated millions in its PC version, has now caught me again in the palm of my hand.
I found it by chance on the Google Play Store, and seeing that it was only $2 for its 15th anniversary, I couldn't resist. It was the perfect opportunity to relive the adventures I shared with my brothers and friends in worlds full of blocks and infinite possibilities.
As soon as I started the game, I felt like an explorer in an unknown territory. The excitement of foraging for food, building shelter, and exploring every corner of the randomly generated world completely grabbed me. Although I did have to get used to the on-screen controller: I chose the method that most resembled the way I played on the PC.
Encounters with zombies and other hostile creatures are not my forte, I admit. I prefer to escape from them if possible, and only confront them when I have no other option. Although, the adrenaline of battle and the satisfaction of emerging victorious are incomparable.
In it, we can go through the history of the game, see how it has evolved over time and have fun with challenging and original mini-games.
You can now create colored candles, which you couldn't when I played in my old days.
Lightning rods can be created and bronze can be used, which corrodes over time and changes to a more greenish color. Obviously, something new for me.
And the caves have internal biomes with new blocks, stalactites and stalagmites, and many things I have never seen before. It's like playing from the beginning, like a new game.
One of the minigames that I liked the most is the one that challenges you to jump over increasingly difficult obstacles . It is a test of agility and reflexes that tests your skills in the world of Minecraft.
In another minigame, I transformed into a bee and had to collect nectar from flowers to complete the quest. It was a fun and relaxing experience that allowed me to explore the world from a different perspective.
To give a personal touch to my adventure, I customized my character with a Skyrim-inspired Dragonborn outfit. A tribute to another game that has given me hours of fun and excitement.
The combination of creative freedom, constant exploration and exciting challenges make it a unique and unmatched experience.
