We all feel very tired or are overworked from time to time. These cases of temporary / transitory fatigue have identifiable causes and potential treatment.

The exhausting fatigue on the other side lasts longer and does not go with a break. It is a constant state of fatigue that develops over time, exhausting our energies, motivation and concentration. Fatigue at this level affects the emotional and psychological state of everyone.
