Man!!! 😳 There is a lot to learn and I accidentally stepped on a Hive too!! . I Hope I at-least come across some honey 🍯 at the end of all of this . I know those first two lines are a little too sweet for some of you but my name has two candies 🍫 🍬in it so I couldn’t do it any other way.
Hi My Name is Rollo Reese, I reside in the USA. Currently living in the desert (Arizona)🌵. I was born in the midwest, However when i was a kid i moved around a lot (story for a different time). I always say i’m subliminally trying to find my home 🏠. Because of that, I think that’s why I love traveling ✈️ 🚆 🚗. I’ve traveled all over the US for leisure as i got older. I’ve also traveled all over the world approx. 35 countries and counting. I think also this is maybe while i always keep myself busy doing something. My mind is always racing like i have to be doing something 🙄. Yet you may not be able to tell, i’m told I’m really calm and relaxed.
My Plans in Hive is Threefold:
I plan to talk about my travel as I’m finishing up my first ever Podcast for Travel and I’m also going to be blogging and sharing my other series of Travel Stories i have 100 plus stories i will be doing a VLOG about. I have a lot of friends and family ask me about travel all the time so i would say most of my stories and things are for new travelers but I’m sure any of us travelers can benefit because there is so much to see and learn from each other.
I’ve also left my job in the financial services industry for the 3rd time in 20 years. I was 19 when i started but i’ve gone back to the same company twice. So I plan to do some career coaching as well I was a Senior Manager in that space for 15 of my 20 years there. My grandmother raised me and helped me change my life, so I know i can (and have) help others succeed. Even if it’s not where i want to be I’m going to be doing a lot in that space too. So i will be blogging, Vlogging ( if that’s a word now) and coaching. I’ve got some lofty goals to meet. So i better get roll-o-ing (like my name)
Last I do want to learn about the Hive Ecosystem and as much as i can about the future. I love that this platform gives us a way to have a voice in route decentralizing everything and putting the power back in the hands of people to do what we do best which is grow learn and get better together. The old model of how things are done has to retire. We as a community get to decide what flavor, sights, words and sounds work for us. I see the Hive community is already a step ahead. I can see that all of this is still in a very young stage so i can’t wait to see what this all grown to in about 7 to 10 years.
**Final Words **
I stumbled into Hive not knowing this world and not a lot about Crypto, Blockchain, DAPP’s, or Wallets, you name it. Which is why i left my company for the third time. My two motto’s are: “The life i choose to live” and “My Goal is to show people by “example to live the unique life you choose to live”. I could no longer live that in the company i was in so i needed to make a change. But it wasn’t the company it's my fault that i wasn’t living 100% the unique life I choose to live. I needed a little more freedom and i also want the opportunity to do and share things that I love. I never got the time to continue to grow the way i wanted to so I needed to get back to owning my future. I see this as the future as i know you all do as well. This is all i have right now, I ‘ve read and learned a lot in the last 3 weeks and stumbling into the Hive i’ve learned even more in the last 48 to 96 hours. Feel free to give me any feed back tips and tricks along the way.
