I think we're in for hard times until some major feature releases. HF21 won't do anything to affect the average user experience but Communities will. SMT's are also our white whale.

Either those things or some other developer giving us new toys to play with that will bring on new users (Appics?) could turn things around. Short of that...not looking good.
