It is described, that Scrum is a "lightweight agile project management framework". And in it's core the idea of it is great, but without team that is fully commited to work it's almost impossible to make it work.

And as you see in most posts with job offers, that almost every software company claim folowing it's rules. And this is of course just poppycock. Using sprints and backlog does not make your work method a scrum method. People, companies, etc. want to be so progressive and have up-to-date image, that they do not even bother to debate if the scrum is really best option for them.

If you are a huge company, with extremly boring day-to-day tasks, then don't expect people to hop on "let's do it" scrum train.

Scrum require projects with groups of passionate (towards that project) people. Only then you can forget about mangers, deadlines and create self dividing, self-driven crum teams.

(It is my first post, so please, forgive me any mistakes and point me to them. I didn't just want to create another "Hi I'm new" post, so i wrote about topic that I am currently involve in professionally and which bothers me much)
