Dazed and spaced I stare from her nest,
She told me she knew what was best.
As I melted and slumped,
Into her chest.
I was lost in the coolness I felt.
Eyes that were deep like the ocean,
Her lips dripped of potion.
That poisoned me, that's why I slept.
Her voice was like arrows that killed all my sorrows.
Forgot about days that I wept.
But she was a siren,
A beautiful viper.
A mouse, I was played by the piper.
So I lay here now soulless, wet by the surf.
Shipwrecked, heartbroken and cursed.
