Where I live houses are sold 50k above asking price on average. I was looking for property for a while, but with 40 to 50 potential buyers on an average viewing (mostly cash buyers looking for rental property) I gave up after a while. For now I just stack up until things get better. If it ever does. The good thing is that my rent is dirt cheap at the moment 👌
