Nice achievement! Without knowing about @dragosroua’s challenge I challenged myself for the January streak. I didn’t really announce it, but I’m still good for the streak too!
I’ve tried to obtain the badge for it several times before, but always failed somehow. It really isn’t easy to post something everyday. At least not when you want to post meaningful stuff!
The documenting/inventing ideas is interesting! Never thought of it that way. But my approach is somewhat similar. I try to write one or two articles per week which go more into depth on a certain topic. The other days I post a, as you call it, document-type article.
Ideas for the in-depth articles come up randomly during the day which iI then dump in a draft post so I don’t forget about them. Working them out typically requires significantly more time!
One thing I still haven’t mastered is post exposure. If you put a lot of effort i to an in-depth post it is nice if some people read and like it. If you pick the wrong channels or tags this is very likely to happen. Spending some time on Hive to find successful posts on similar topics is really worth it before hitting the “post” button.
Thanks for sharing your insights and helping us a long
