Not quite sure i understand, but presently i down vote on disagreement on rewards (mainly on front trending page) automated posts and those buying votes. I would prefer to take most from the voters pool of reward payout on a blog if it was possible ?

edit: Why? Because i still could not invite my friends knowing that the easiest way to 'win' is still to circle vote, have rich friends, or do some stupid automated stuff, including voting. Figure we have a good chance now to change for the better.
