How much battles in a lifetime is due one man?
How much could be said is divine plan?
Here I am,at one of those beautiful gates
At whose feet men sit to nurse ill fates.
Look, here's one man with many faces
He's unfolded in spades of dark phases
Do you see the grin spelt on his face?
He's had his unfair share of life's mess.
His eyes are odd strangers to sleep
Who carries a generation and not trip?
Many see in him,a super blind lover
But here is your touchbearer, your trailblazer.
O battered bull,he sprawls home again
Many speak of his faith as one with no brain
"Life has been your teacher from birth"
"Of a truth,it will teach you even till death."
Drilled and humbled at doom's brim
Though He slays me,still will I trust Him
He has chosen and given me a sour story
Only to make me a poster boy of His glory.
Night is but an unworthy king
Who abdicates at the sight of morning
You'll be around when He turns this captivity
No movie reels,no dreams,just reality.
