After painting for several years Samuel Levy wanted to reduce his toolbox to focus on the basics. He returned to drawing and then began drawing in ballpoint pen. The pen allows him to draw on a wide variety of textures and surfaces spontaneously because Levy's work is never premeditated or planned. Post-it notes, paper coasters, tickets, and basic drawing paper all become vehicles for his art. Check out Samuel Levy's website to see more of his incredible artwork.
