Happiness and Sunshine
My daughter is my only model and we have done a lot of shoots in the past years. I never did any shoots for other people other than my family. I still do not have the experience or confidence to do a photoshoot gig. I still have so much to learn and need to shoot more. I can't imagine how time flies and how my little bear is all grown up now. Let me just share with you today a little photoshoot that we did during our holiday vacation.

The moment we arrived at the resort my daughter immediately asked me to take some photos even though it was so hot during this time. Well, I never refused my daughter every time she asks me for a shoot. She loves being my model since she was little and she knows how to pose for the camera.

It has been a long time already since we did a shoot and we had a lot of plans but never pushed thru since the pandemic. I'm afraid that this could be our last vacation for now since cases and ramping up again in our country. Limiting us from going outside and it is hard to do a shoot when your only location is at home.
Maybe I could think of something with what I have at hand.

I can feel the happiness from her as she got to see the beach again after a very long time. She also shares my love for the beach. She plans to help me fulfill our dreams with the family in the future of living out here with just the sand, the ocean waves and serenity.

Aside from the Bearkid series we also tried other themes which she enjoyed a lot. Back then we had a lot of time on our hands. Time flies so fast and as she grows we get less and less time to bond with each other in photography. She is preparing her life ahead in her studies which is very important. I'm happy we have a lot of memories embedded in the blockchain forever and a lot of times I look back to remind me of all these memories. We'll try to do more shoots together until time runs out.

Thank you for dropping by as I shared a little bit of our story. The title is Happiness and Sunshine but I felt a little bit of sadness as I shared these photos as a father you know that the time will come she will need to fly away. That is life and everyone has their journey we are here to prepare them for that journey ahead.
