Have you ever been disappointed in life and you think that it can never be good again? That it is better to take your life, ending it there and then so that you are no longer faced with travails of this world?
- In my opinion, Disappointment is the shadow of life, it is no different from that shadow that follows you about when the sun shines through the day.
Anyone who has never been disappointed in life was never born. God was disappointed with Adam, Adam was disappointed with Eve. Cain disappointed God, Adam and Eve.
That means Disappointment is as old as creation itself. But one thing of note is that life did not end at creation. On the contrary, there was only but building up and tearing down and building up and tearing down in a continuous manner right up to this moment.
You may be disappointed in yourself, your spouse, your child, your parent, your friend, deal gone sour, promises unfulfilled and so on and so forth. So what? Does that mean you should not try again or that that is the end of life? The answer is certainly not!!!!
So remember, when things get pretty bad, when nothing seems to work for you, when dreams appeared to be shattered, when you feel that you have reached the end of the road, know that you can always build life back and keep it rightly so and there.
