Every day on this planet so many murders going on, and deaths as collateral damage of indifference to human life that eternal torment on one's consciousness is hardly a consideration. And if you look in the history of territorial, economic, ethnic, and religious conflicts the magnitude of this consideration becomes smaller and smaller.
