Let's see, when Hitler concocted his Aryan race plans, the first exterminated people were Gypsies and Jews who are both representatives of the white race. Then he wanted to exterminate most of the Slavs to create "Living space" for Germans. In fact, Hitler preferred black people over Jews as he made sure that in the 4x100 relay race in Berlin Olympiad 2 Jewish runners would be replaced with two black runners.

That is not to say that the future "Hitler" wouldn't separate the surviving and exterminated population by the color of their skin, but one cannot assume this. I think for one thing that all the Slavs could be included in that population as well. Just saying that you could have explained your vision a little more broadly. It's not all that black and white. )))

It is indeed possible that this specific colonel was that advanced in modern physics, but again this is much more advanced than the average army officer level and it doesn't follow from his language and behavior in the introductory piece. If you were to select such an unusual officer, you could have given an extra description sentence.
