That is so sad that people who fought for the country are tossed out under any pretext. Exacerbated PTSD should be considered as an equivalent of the war handicap and soldiers like these should receive some sort of pension. Too bad the society spends millions of dollars on nuclear submarines and rocket carriers and plunges people just like you've described back into poverty and desperation.
