That's an interesting article to read, however, the object in my images moved swiftly and paced the plane across the sky at a distance behind it, then got closer and from what I can tell went in another direction.

To me this indicates some kind of 'control', be it piloted or remote, it seemed to move intelligently. However, the movement I observed of the object did not appear to defy the capabilities of our current air craft.
