Yes.
However, I believe it's in terms of usage and not capabilities.
It has been proven that the mind is the greatest computer in the world. Nothing can match it.
However, I believe a computer can use it's capacity more efficiently than a human. Most humans sleep for about one fourth of the day, a computer has that extra time.
Plus, we forget things a lot. A computer doesn't
The way I see it, the odds are stacked against humans here
We might have more capabilities but an AI would certainly be smarter as it would be designed to use every resource at its disposal
