Matthew 28:20 (KJV) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
One of the benefits of the teachings and doctrines of the MCGI is that it teaches us how to be disciplined and coordinate ourselves properly while observing our religious activities. The MCGI teaches us to take our religion serious. We learn several doctrines from Bro Eli Soriano which is helping myself to do whatever I am doing with respect to my religion in the right way.
1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV) But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
We have been taught how to practice discipline and coordination when we come to God for prayers. We learned from Bro Eli Soriano that the Members Church Of God International observe their prayer session by kneeling down and facing the east. This is recommended. It is proper that we bring in coordination and discipline to whatever we are doing. Looseness is not proper.
Also from the doctrines we have been told that there is no room for rebaptism and sinning willfully. We should know that when we have come to the acceptance of Jesus Christ and His doctrines, we should know that we are not to continue in sin. Bro Eli explained to us that unpardonable sins. We were warned not to commit those kinds of sin. We are equally expected to live holy. We should not be so loosed that we fall into sin at will.
John 8:31-32 (KJV) Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Continuing in the doctrines and obeying what we are learning from the doctrines will make us fruitful in our christian faith.
