Something that might help is "batching" (which I realize you may be doing already) that is when you write a bunch of entries, then make a bunch of graphics, then get all the SEO in order, and then publish them once per week so that you have lots and lots of content for a long time, even after you are no longer on quarantine, and have other stuff you have to do..
