Thank you for sharing. I am not sure that it is laziness. The fact that you learn many new things and skills demonstrates that you are not lazy at all. I think it is more about complacency and boredom. I suspect that what happens is that you become very good at a skill. And as a result, you have success. But what you might really enjoy is the challenge of doing something new, which requires learning and self-improvement. My suggestion is that you start each new venture with a definite goal. For example, you could determine to generate an annual revenue of a certain amount of dollars from writing. Once you achieve the goal, then you can decide whether to continue improving that skill or start the next adventure. Sorry, for the long comment, but your article really resonated with me as I am deciding whether to continue in existing projects or move on to something new.
