Exchange wallets have been down since the hardfork... and now we are doing another hardfork to repair the last hardfork. So much for going off without a hitch, eh? Oh well, these things happen, but still, it's much harder to buy and sell Hive with major exchanges being out of commission.

• If exchange wallets are down, my assumption is people can trade what's on the exchange but can't add new Hive or remove Hive. Still making assumptions, but I would assume the Hive price is moving up and down on traders only, and not so much on Hivers who are in for a long term, or at least who typically store Hive outside exchanges. It's something I hadn't really considered because it might be restricting volume.
