I used to have a better connection with my higher self. I watch a small child converse and engage with a world that I cannot see or hear. There is no barrier for the child of 3 and I can witness a flow of information in how he/she engages with himeelf/herself. But for me, it is difficult to find that flow or zone. I think it is really that I cannot disengage from the external (world) and focus on the internal (my thoughts) very well. I look forward to your next post! !pizza
