I started in a tough sales environment. We were shown a statistic that our failure rate would be 29 out of 30 times. I recognized the metric and counted the failure as one step closer to the the success. Sure, I wanted the first attempt to be successful, but also knowing that a failure was only a short-term issue, which kept me working and moving forward. As I failed, I learned what techniques were most successful, and I was able to move the needle on the success rate. I appreciate your honesty. I have found Listnerds to be very useful in finding great posts. When people care enough about what they are posting to pay to promote it, in most cases, the post are very good and useful.
