Learning to let go can be the hardest thing that any of us do.
It is a critical part of life -- letting go.
Everything, in it's impermanence, will one day fade away.
Nothing that we can grasp will remain in it's current form.
It is the bane of the high school quarterback -- longing to relive his glory days, getting old without really every living his life.
We have to learn this skill one way or another.
When we pass we ulitmately are forced to let go of our bodies -- those spirits, who can not master this skill, remain here on earth, disembodied, searching for the answers to the problems they were unable to solve.
Even they will one day let go of these terrestrial forms.
There is no reason to fear though!
Each and every moment gives us an opportunity to let go.
To let go of fear.
To let go of attachment.
To let go of anger and resentment and pain.
These are wounds that we no longer need carry.
Tools that have served their purpose and are only hindering us now.
What are you carrying with you that should have been dropped?
What do you need to let go of?
