First, look at the tap "Online Store" under the text.
"Online Store" is to buy additional contents - DLCs. In PC, it is conneted to steam online shop of Resident Evil 2. You can buy costumes, soundtracks, also some kinds of special weapons.
"Options" tap is adjusting game settings. You can change game settings - control, display, audio, language, etc anytime.
When you quit and get out the game press or click "Exit" tap.
