We did 18km with 720m of total elevation. The last 2,5km was just to close the loop to my car, on paved road. So I offered I would walk alone to fetch the car. 3 ladies (all around 50yrs) gladly accepted and spent the time by a cool stream. The oldest, however, did march with the extra kilometers!
