Escaping rain. My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026

@bucipuci will love this. I had planned my 20.5-th visit to Babia Góra (PL/SK) but after a week of nice weather a rainy front was going eastwards and was expected to hit my favourite mountain right on Saturday.

So I changed my plans and we drove… west, into the rain. I passed the front and ended in Jeseniky Mts (CZ). And here’s the thing for @bucipuci:

It was first overcast but the more into the hike the more sun we had. A lovely trekking to Šerak 1350m a.s.l. from Lipová-lázně

We found… broken rocks thrown by some giants…

…and a monument to, as I understood, 9 women convicted for witchcraft by Inquisition in 17th century.
