My hike today was unusual. I am in Bieszczady Mts - in the south-eastern corner of Poland. Instead of my usual climb-crest-descent, I organised a series of interesting but short trips.
We hiked to a nonexistent village, rode rail trolleys, visited a local brewery and walk on top of a dam. All in excellent company of two ladies, one of them aged 69 (she is my Pilates coach!)
Busy day lots of steps, but short of 40k needed for
