I hiked with a party of 8 in Beskid Śląski range - one that is almost my home (closest to home, easiest to reach). I selected a well known route with a twist. Large parts in the coolness of forest, long sections of an open ridge and all topped with two mountain cabins for stopping.
We enjoyed a perfect weather - about 20° is what I like the most.
