When I was young, I was shy to speak in public. Nowadays I do enjoy it. I had two occasions today. First, at work, I did an hour remote training in Spanish (difficult for me - no hablo el idioma con fluidez). In the afternoon I delivered my biweekly lecture in a local library, in person. And of course I walked there.
