Hiking in mountains is like intravenous endorphins that injection for me. Add a weather like today and it’s a double dose.
My group today were three ladies in their 60s, the oldest much closer to 70, two of them happy grandmothers. They enjoyed the 15km, (700m total elevation gain) hike very much. And so did I.
