Perfect hike in Czechia. My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2024

A 3 days long weekend is a perfect occasion for a hiking trip. I usually hike in the Beskidy Mts in Poland. But Beskidy stretch to neighbouring Czechia. Never had been in this part so I decided to plan a 3-days trip.

We are enjoining a perfect weather - a large high pressure system over Central Europe guarantees clear skies. Down in the valleys, a layer of clouds lingered the whole day. But above 600m asl there were no clouds at all. Plus cool air granted us perfect visibility.

@bucipuci - if you zoom in, you will see a layer of mountains above the sea of clouds. That’s your beloved Jeseniky. With naked eye it was much clear than thru camera. I could clearly distinguish Praded. All photos from Lysa Hora, Moravsko-slezske Beskidy
