@Macfit Final. My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2024

The @Macfit season 19 Final was held yesterday. I had managed to get that far and faced @danmaruschak. It was my working day and in addition it was a Wednesday when I deliver a lecture on mountains hiking in a local library. That means that my step making possibilities were somewhat limited.

I started the day with a morning fast paced walk. Then work (home office). As soon as my working day finished, I went to the library on foot (5km). After the event I visited my mom-in-law who lives nearby. That meant an hour of not doing steps… Finally I returned home, making a detour to collect some steps.

Now I need to wait for my rival’s report…
