Volleyball semifinals. My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2024

I had a choice yesterday. Either watch Poland vs USA in the Olympic volleyball semifinals or seriously challenge @danmaruschak in @macfit Olympics semifinal in… volleyball. I chose the latter and went for a long walk after work. With earphones on, I walked and listened to online commentary. Poland won 3:2 after a thrilling 2.5hrs match. And I made almost all 40k steps, which is about 30km.
