Hello Carolyn dear, am glad you finally made it to your new 40 seconds - flat.... hahaha! That would be nice to be working just in a place fronting your door. No stress travelling to go to work, saves you a lot of time as well as money.

Our supermarkets do not sell bok choy, I have to go to our former district to get them from the asian store. As always your food is so delish, makes me want to come if only I am next to your "40 seconds away -flat." Here´s wishing you a good transition come July 1st! Wish you good luck in relocating.
