Oh you are lucky to have tbe dumptrucks filling your area.. That's a good way to save cost on dirt which you may need to flatten and clean the area later. For the land I recently got in the Philippines, we needed 4 huge truckoads to elevate it because we are near a creek and it cost me almost 500 USD bucks. Grab the chance, sooner your area will look lovely when it's flattened. Good luck!
