the other evening me and my partner @ate-bit-dave and our 7 month old Heidi went on a family ice cream date that led us to a local park in our city, called Assiniboine Park. Our original intent was to go to the Zoo, although it didn't really work in our time frame so we just went walking around the park and exploring the area, it was a really nice, beautiful evening with not too many people around which was nice!
First we went to the "English Garden" it's a LOVELY garden here with hundreds of different plants all planted in a cute little circle, with winding pathways... so they all get full sun! we obviously went on like the 1st day of fall, in the middle of summer they would be so much more gorgeous, but none the less they were still stunning right now as well!!
if you look close enough on these pretty purple flowers you can see little orange spots... LOOK HARD ENOUGH, they are Monarch Butterflies! SO MANY BUTTERFLIES EVERYWHERE! it was magical. (if you follow me, I made a post about 3 weeks ago about how I've been trying to photo capture these little guys all summer but they fly away, and then one ended up in my house hahaah! ill post the link to the article here so you can check it out! pretty funny read!!)

even the bees and the butterflies get along with each other at this time of year! for a Samsung S8, I took some pretty good photos! here's a little gallery of the flower photos I took! if you know what any of these flowers are called, drop a comment below and let me know! cause I'm not too sure
lastly, we went to the playground they have here and little miss Heidi Boo went on her 1st slide ride AND 1st time in a real swing! she absolutely LOVED every moment of it 100% and I cant wait to take her to the park more before the snow comes to visit us.
I think if she had it her way she would stay on swing for the entire day.
FINALLY, I managed to capture THE MOST cutest picture EVER of my partner with our daughter! my goodness, cuteness award goes TO THEM, by far! I hope you enjoyed our little family walk adventure <3
XOXO,MM
