Your mum looks younger than you do
So I've been told a good number of times and somehow I've let that get into me to believe that indeed, mum looks younger even though she is older. I can't even seem to go against it whenever I see after a long time as she keeps looking younger anytime I see her 😅 is that an aging gift or what? She looks younger than her actual age.

I've actually wished that I'll age like my mum, looking young even though I should be having some wrinkles to show my age level. Mum isn't old yet but she's almost double my age, shouldn't that show on her body appearance somehow? But it doesn't, she is still as beautiful, fair skinned, energetic and has the lovely smile from when she was my age 😅
So yeah, I'm sentimental as many others I've heard them talk about this too, everyone don't age same way. I met a lady who's same age as I am and I was so shocked while I was being grateful that I was looking way younger than she was. I mean, what could be those factors causing these huge differences in aging among humans? I've thought a lot about that and I think I found a few reasons which I want to believe you know too, you can share in the comment section if you want to.
I've used the words "Forever Young, sweet 16" on some people who I knew look younger than their actual age... It's so fascinating to see them and same goes with seeing those who are way older than their age. While I've always wished I would look younger than my age, I was shocked to hear someone say she's love to look older than her age.
Different humans, different wants and different desire and that goes for the aging preferences too. But I don't get why one would want to look older than their age, aside for respect and honour which I think anyone can get but at the right time even at any age depending on how they position themselves before others. Or to avoid intimidation which is also avoidable no matter how small or young you look.
I've once been pushed aside on a queue because a lady looked older than I am until we were asked our age and even I was shocked to know how young at age she was. She was looking so fat and kept talking with almost no respect 😅 I guess that's a sentiment held around too, fat people look older and I can't help but agree as I've seen a lot of cases like that.
There are reasons people look younger than their age or the opposite and I'd love to read in the comment section if there are more I don't know of. While I look forward to read your comments, I'd say I want to be like my mum in my aging... Looking young but old 😅
