It's been months if not up to a year, that the Hive price have been on a low. Compared to the price I met Hive at, I'm not surprised that many who joined Hive with me are no longer active. But it is a surprise how I'm able to enjoy being active here regardless of what the market says.

It's one thing to work hard, it's another thing to work smart... I feel Hive has turned me into the latter, that is, to work smart.

When the Hive market is going down, many are less active and some are nowhere to be found on Hive at all. But for me, when the Hive market is going down, I've learnt to build up some MRTs - My Relaxing Tips to accept whatever the market is saying.

Thanks to my experience and witness to a lot of goodies Hive has in store, I've come to learn and enjoy doing different activities to keep me going while the market doesn't seem favourable. As we would all agree, the market in what ever state it is, is a favour for any good investor.

When the market is down, it is time for more buys and when it is high, one can decide to sell. To me, it is more than buying when the market is down and here are MRTs - My Relaxing Tips.

Keep being active and consistent: I've always love spending my time here on Hive wether the market is up or down but knowing I'll be able to grow more and faster when the market is down, I don't pray it happens all the time but I take a good hold of the opportunity when it comes. Being active means engaging with quality contents and comments to earn rewards and this boosts my Hive power almost double of what I get when the market is up. Staying consistent is still an everyday challenge but it gets better and I like how far I've come with this tip.

Save less HBD: One of the goodies Hive provided is being able to save up HBD and earn interest, I've been using this feature for quite a while but there are times I do less of it and it when the market is going down. I don't stop saving totally since it is a stable coin worth having in a few amount but instead, I don't put my focus on it so much until I see the market going up again. So I save less HBD and spend more of it when the market is going down.

Buy more liquid Hive: I spend my HBD rewards to buy liquid Hive. This action is beginning to become a reflex thing, I claim my post author rewards, I visit the market to use a portion or sometimes all of it to buy available Hive in the market. Even with slight changes of the price going up, I still buy because I've seen Hive at much higher prices so any amount now is favourable to grow my hodl amount before the good seasons.

Stake more Hive power: Having more liquid Hive bought and my plans to earn monthly Hive power up badges, I've been in the habit of staking some Hive daily. This has boosted my HP so much, the post author rewards also come in with the Hive power bigger than the HBD rewards and I think it is so much in my favour. I've been able to grow my Hive power way faster than I've ever since the market started going down.

Stay calm and enjoy the wait: There's always this positive feeling I have when I see my growth and have the mind that good market days will come no matter how long it is going to take. I've come to find Hive more fun to leave it for a reason as market down, it is part of my daily life and it is where I've found friends and can share things about my life and feel happy. It's no big deal to enjoy the wait now, it's all got the best so I think.

So there you have my MRTs and I want to believe you have yours and ready to enjoy the wait. A thumbs up to all who didn't leave when Hive Market began to go down, we know the importance of community and the opportunities we've come to enjoy here aside the rewards we get and I think that is worth giving accolades.
