Thanks to my recent involvement with the Hive Open Mic weekly performances, I've been getting acquainted with new songs and I can't go a day without listening to one new song.
It's fun how I hear a song for the first time, check it out if I could get it downloaded then search for the lyrics to know what exactly I'm listening to... It is so much for me really.
Today started like every other day where I did some run check on my music playlist. I had downloaded some new songs yesterday night and decided to play them this morning and it was until some minutes ago, I turned it off to do other stuffs... I listened to music for more three hours today.
The day isn't so far spent and I look forward to getting some new songs in my phone today and hopefully share them on #ttt or do covers on Hive Open Mic 😊 just the thought of it excites me really.
So for today's Tuesday tunes, I'll be sharing some songs I downloaded a few days back that are among my favourites for now... I don't have favourites when it comes to music really but these are the ones I've been putting on repeat for sometime now.

I've heard this song a few times before I finally downloaded it to my phone, the emotions that runs through my mind when I listen to this song is something else.
I never knew about this song artist until I heard this song, went to look her up and realized that she was the artist behind one of my favourite songs years back (Haha I know, I'm surprised too that I never knew who sang my favourite song until recently).
"I'm only human" song shows the weakness and truth about us humans, we may act all strong but in actual sense, we are all humans who needs help from each other to stay strong.

Don't laugh at me if I say I only recently found out that this music crew had other songs 🥲 I've always thought it was just that one song I love "Story of my life" they sang but I got to see a lot more of their songs.
I decided to share this because it is one of the songs I've once listened to in a sing off concert I watched a few years back but didn't know it was sang by this music crew.
"What makes you beautiful" song talks directly to ladies, showing them how much and what exactly makes them beautiful regardless of how they see themselves... The song is more of a self-love for ladies if they would listen.

I hardly check out my Tiktok account but for the sake of finding new song covers and hopefully get acquainted with new songs, I checked it out recently and found this song!!! I'm so happy I did went there.
The cover of the song was so beautifully done by a lady, I went on you tube to find the original and I was shocked to see that it was originally sang by a man, the amazing Codeplay whose songs I love a lot. He sang the song with The Chainsmokers and I love everything about the song.
"Something just like this" song isn't so hard to get what it actually meant, I love the lyrics more and that counts for it to be a favourite song for me.
These songs are new on my playlist and I hope to do a cover of them soon when I've practiced them well. It was an honour sharing them with you all and I hope you enjoyed listening to my today's choices.
