I started something new for myself again, and we all know how exciting and fun it can be if all goes well. It is the case for me since I began the journey of learning a new language with Duoligo.
I was reluctant to start and when I did decide, I was confused on which language to learn. I chose to learn Spanish as I've not only come to understand that Spanish is a good Language to learn, I also have friends on Hive who are Spanish and it'd be cool to share some conversations in their language hehe.

With that in mind and for the need to add to my knowledge, I've been having fun learning Spanish for the past 9 days and it continues. This activity has added to my daily routines as I do get notified when it's time to take some lessons and improve on how to speak and understand the Language.
It's funny how I've been watching my sister learn a new language with Duoligo but I never felt interested in it until I was made to actually check it out through the Dreemport challenge. I tend to fall short in being disciplined regarding stuffs like this but surprisingly, I'm on the ninth day and still excited about it.
I haven't skip a day since I joined, from one lesson to another and from one challenge to another. I like how they make it fun for me by making funny voices, setting goals, reaching achievements and having friends who are notified of my progress so they encourage me while I'm at it.
Having to share how much fun I'm having and my progress there with you here is even more exciting as I feel it could make anyone want to check the app out and also start learning a new language too.

Look how fun that seem hehe, this was a phase I couldn't forget because of the word "Perfect" I got for the first time, I had to make a screenshot of it lol. It didn't start like this, I had to learn small words in Spanish and then learning them in sentences.
I know this process will be a long way for me to learn the language and make a conversation with it but I am loving the new routine it has provided me.

I haven't put in much attention to getting more followers, I should because I think it would make the learning even more considering the fact that I enjoy getting notified of a friend cheering for me on my progress.
My position on the leaderboard now
This is a leaderboard for the level I am on, bronze level and I'm leading on it. I guess it is due to my consistency and participating in challenges. I don't only get to learn more new words, I also get to achieve goals and gain points to boost my morale in learning more.
At some stage, duoligo recommends I share my progress with others for them to see how well I'm doing learning the language and I think this isn't a bad one to show.
I've gotten a 100% accuracy a few times and I've learnt more words in Spanish that now, I could get words out Spanish conversations hehe. So don't think I've learnt only that on the image and I plan to learn more.
In regards to learning Spanish and participating in the Dreemport challenge, I'll be translating this post while checking out for words I've become familiar with it.
Spanish
Empecé algo nuevo para mí nuevamente y todos sabemos lo emocionante y divertido que puede ser si todo va bien. Este es mi caso desde que comencé el viaje de aprender un nuevo idioma con Duoligo.
Me resistía a empezar y cuando me decidí, no sabía qué idioma aprender. Elegí aprender español porque no solo he llegado a comprender que el español es un buen idioma para aprender, sino que también tengo amigos en Hive que son españoles y sería genial compartir algunas conversaciones en su idioma jeje.

Con eso en mente y la necesidad de ampliar mis conocimientos, me he estado divirtiendo aprendiendo español durante los últimos 9 días y así continúa. Esta actividad se ha sumado a mis rutinas diarias ya que recibo notificaciones cuando es hora de tomar algunas lecciones y mejorar mi habla y comprensión del idioma.
Es curioso cómo he estado viendo a mi hermana aprender un nuevo idioma con Duoligo, pero nunca sentí interés en él hasta que me vi obligado a comprobarlo a través del desafío Dreemport. Tiendo a no ser disciplinado en este tipo de cosas, pero sorprendentemente estoy en el noveno día y todavía estoy entusiasmado.
No me he saltado ni un día desde que me uní, de lección en lección y de desafío en desafío. Me gusta cómo lo hacen divertido para mí haciendo voces graciosas, estableciendo metas, alcanzando hitos y teniendo amigos que notifican mi progreso para animarme mientras lo hago.
Tener que compartir con ustedes lo bien que me estoy divirtiendo y mi progreso aquí es aún más emocionante porque siento que podría hacer que cualquiera quisiera probar la aplicación y también comenzar a aprender un nuevo idioma.
Mis logros no son muchos pero me mantienen adelante. Aqui esta uno de ellos.
Miren que divertido se ve jeje, esta fue una fase que no pude olvidar por la palabra "Perfecto" que me salió por primera vez, tuve que tomar una captura de pantalla jajaja. No empezó así, tuve que aprender palabras pequeñas en español y luego aprenderlas en oraciones.
Sé que este proceso será un largo viaje para aprender el idioma y entablar una conversación con él, pero me encanta la nueva rutina que me ha brindado.
Mi perfil en duoligo
No he pensado mucho en conseguir más seguidores, debería hacerlo porque creo que haría que el aprendizaje fuera aún mayor considerando el hecho de que disfruto recibir notificaciones de un amigo animándome en mi progreso.
Mi posición en el ranking ahora
Esta es una tabla de clasificación para el nivel en el que estoy, el nivel bronce, y soy un líder en él. Supongo que se debe a mi perseverancia y participación en los desafíos. No solo puedo aprender más palabras nuevas, sino que también logro objetivos y gano puntos para elevar mi moral al aprender más.
En algún momento duoligo me recomienda compartir mis avances con otros para que vean lo bien que estoy aprendiendo el idioma y creo que no está mal demostrarlo.
Obtuve 100% de precisión varias veces y aprendí más palabras en español que ahora puedo pronunciar en conversaciones en español jeje. Así que no crean que he aprendido sólo eso en la imagen y planeo aprender más.
En lo que respecta a aprender español y participar en el desafío Dreemport, traduciré esta publicación mientras reviso las palabras con las que me he familiarizado.
