Newbie initiative is the best program newbies shouldn鈥檛 miss out on because when you join the initiative you are going to learn a lot of things about hive that you didn鈥檛 know when you get on board.
This initiative has improved me a lot and has helped me get used to hive and love hive more. yes I go through all the tasks we were asked to and didn鈥檛 miss anyone of it even when there are days I was busy with the preparation for my exam but that didn鈥檛 stop me.

Newbie initiative and its impact on my journey.
Task 1
I was able to set my goals on hive and work towards them despite my busy schedules I never relent and I keep going. Checking out my task 1 I set my comment, Hp, and followers goals and I tried my possible best to achieve them.
Task 2
I get to know the reason why plagiarism
Is frowned upon on hive and why it鈥檚 important to post original contents that you create or compose by yourself. one of the sweetest things I got to learn is the use of markdowns which serves to beautify your blog and makes it nicer for your readers when reading your article or content from your blog.
Task 3
I get to learn the best way of keeping my hive keys, how to recover my account and the process I have to undergo when doing that. Even though I know the usefulness of hive keys before the initiative but with the help of the initiative in task 3 I got to learn some uses of keys which I don鈥檛 do before like the memo key which is used to encrypt and decrypt private messages on the blockchain and then I was able to share my hive keys with a close family offline.
Task 4
I got to learn various hive Dapps which are Ecency,3speak,peakD and Liketu. I did my video which I was ready to post through 3speak but at the moment I want to, there was no network and it was not connecting. I think the problem is from 3speak at that very moment. I got to know how to post using Liketu too and that鈥檚 all thanks to 
Task 5
Yes, I learnt about tribe tokens, tipping and mining of tokens and how to use hive engine. we did the practical and I make use of leodex for my practice, the task was awesome.
Task 6
I got to learn about blockchain games and how I can play to earn and we did the practice of it using rising star games which I played and got some starbits after playing.
The aspect of the newbie initiative that should be enhanced and how that should be done.
The newbies should be taught how to design and make use of the canvas app on their posts in their blogs and that can be done by the leader of the initiative by asking the members to download canva on their phones and give them some practice to do on it.
My newbie initiative goals/objectives and how far I have come

I set my goals and how I will achieve them all in task 1 and to be sincere setting goals has been my motivation and what keeps me going all these days.

Before this initiative, I have 42 followers and my goal is to get my followers to 100. I was not able to get to 100 followers but I make 91 followers which remains 9 followers to get to 100. That鈥檚 wonderful and I am happy I was able to achieve 91 solid followers

My Hp was 90.919Hp and which was low before this initiative and my goal was to get it to 300 Hp. I couldn鈥檛 get to 300Hp and I was able to achieve 281.026HP. The best I can do on my side is write a quality post and wait for my post to be upvoted. higher votes mean an increase in hive power if I keep powering up all my rewards and not powering down. I have been doing so and I tried my possible best to reach that 300Hp but I just couldn鈥檛 but I know I will after next week.

I am so happy with my reputation goals because I was able to get it from 55 to 59 reputation. My goal was to get to 58 but I exceeded that and get it to 59.

I crush this goal too. My comment was 898 before this initiative and my goal is to get it to 1,878 before the end of the initiative I was able to make 1,881 comments

I was able to stay consistent and engage with members of hive and I am very sure my consistency goal is good to go. I am not lacking in that and yes about my goals I was able to fulfil all the goals I can control like my comments goals and consistency goals.
